A nice “modern” look into the IBM mainframe computer. My current company still uses one today, and so have other places I’ve worked at in the past. They continue to run big business and will for a long time I reckon.

Work always seems more stressful at the beginning of the year. Feeling that today.

Happy to support @danielpunkass with a MarsEdit5 purchase. When I first started this blog I didn’t think I’d “need” any extra features or anything like that. Happy to have grown and learned about many new things in my time on Micro.blog. Thanks for all your work Daniel!

Picked up Mario Wonder and I must admit it is quite fun. I was not expecting much new but it is whimsical and delightful.

I have a few Funkos in the house. Decided to try the image generator for me and the results are too funny 😂

Finished reading📚: Girl With Curious Hair by David Foster Wallace

Anatomy of a Fall, 2023 - ★★★★★ (contains spoilers)

This review may contain spoilers.

Sandra Hüller gives a masterful performance here - heartbroken and convincing as a mother. A drama about marriage, purpose, and loss.

Snoop didn’t deserve that either.

Wife and I both have colds for the holidays. But yesterday we were able to get out and enjoyoy a Yemeni coffee shop in Dallas. Quite delicious.

Assortment of beverages in glass cups. Pastries in foreground on wooden serving platter.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas, 2000 - ★★★

A Christmas tradition in our house.
