Dredd, 2012 - ★★★½

It’s still got some great action scenes. It’s basically The Raid in a dystopian future.

Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, 2023 - ★★★½

A good fun sequel!

Killers of the Flower Moon, 2023 - ★★★★

This movie looks amazing. The performances are fantastic. It’s an hour too long still.

Traveled to San Diego work this past week and couldn’t help but ruminate on the Boeing crisis. My dad worked there for 40 years and it is really sad to watcch all this unfold.

That being said, I was thankful to fly Airbus on both my flights this past week 😅

Buying a new car is such a painful process. Happy to be done with it and have to take it for a spin today!

A nice “modern” look into the IBM mainframe computer. My current company still uses one today, and so have other places I’ve worked at in the past. They continue to run big business and will for a long time I reckon.

Work always seems more stressful at the beginning of the year. Feeling that today.

Aaron’s Top 10 of 2023
